What purchases qualify?
All food and beverage purchases in main dining, private dining, and the prime bar qualify for loyalty rewards. Members who spend a minimum of $50 dollars will earn points for every dollar they spend. [take-out orders are not valid for loyalty]
Can i Let someone else, either a friend or family member, use my rewards account if i am not dining with them?
No, there can only be one member assigned to a rewards account and that member must be present during the dining experience to earn any points or redeem any rewards.
How do I keep track of my reward balance?
The Loyalty app makes it easy to keep up with your point balance. You can also log into your account here to check your point balance. Your points will update automatically after your purchase is complete.
When can I use my points?
Once you have earned loyalty points, you can redeem your points immediately when dining at one of our Ruth’s Chris locations.
Do my Rewards or points expire?
Yes, your points will expire if your loyalty account is inactive for a consecutive period of 1 year. ‘Dollars to Spend’ and ‘Reward yourself’ items expire 30 days from date of issuance. Complimentary Items added to your account (Dessert or Appetizer) will expire 30 days from date of issuance. Ruth’s Chris Steak House reserves the right to terminate or change the Loyalty program at any time.
Do gift card purchases count toward rewards?
No, gift cards are not eligible for loyalty points.
