Power of 100 San Antonio is evolving to better serve our members and guests.
Beginning with our August 17 event, we are excited to introduce a refreshed luncheon format at Ruth’s Chris Steak House La Cantera Terrace.
Based on feedback from attendees, this updated experience is designed to make participation more convenient while continuing to deliver the meaningful connections, community engagement, and charitable impact that define Power of 100.
What’s Changing?

- Streamlined Lunch Service featuring a curated menu and a glass of house wine
- Same Mission, Same Impact: attendees will continue to vote for and support a local nonprofit organization through the Power of 100 giving model
While the format is changing, our commitment to bringing together women who are passionate about making a difference remains stronger than ever.

ABOUT US
Power of 100 is comprised of like-minded women dedicated to philanthropy, fellowship and a mission of helping those in need to better the community and have FUN while doing it. We gather quarterly for fundraising with a twist: food, beverage, fellowship and fun. There are no membership fees, dues, monthly meetings, tickets to sell, decorations to put up, auction items to be gathered.
There is only a fully tax deductible $100 commitment made by each member per meeting attended. Payable to the non-profit chosen by the group at each event.
Each attendee gives $100 to be paid directly to the selected non-profit. Please be prepared to pay the $100 Donation by Cash or Check. A donation receipt will be provided by the Charity selected.

HOW IT WORKS
The attendees nominate their favorite non-profit at registration. Three individuals are randomly chosen and the nominee has the opportunity to tell us why their non-profit should be considered for selection. During the event an open vote is taken for the winning featured non-profit. Each attendee then writes their check for $100 to be paid directly to the selected non-profit.
Each charity may only be selected once a year.
Nominations for charities need to be non-controversial (not religious or political) and the funds must stay in the San Antonio Area community.
Charity must be a US registered charity 501(c)(3) to be considered for selection.
Charities Supported: Roy Maas Youth Alternatives, All God’s Kids, Magdalena House and Guadalupe Home.
